Terms and Conditions

  1. About Us IntellactAI is an AI video production service operated by Sameer Gautam and Ishika Tyagi. We are in the process of formal registration as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under Indian law. Until registration is complete, the service operates as a partnership between the two founders.   2. Acceptance of Terms By booking a call, placing an order, or making a payment to IntellactAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  3. Services IntellactAI provides AI spokesperson video production services for SaaS businesses. This includes but is not limited to landing page videos, ad creatives, onboarding videos, feature announcements, and social media content. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon before payment is made.

  4. Payments All payments are currently processed via PayPal invoice or payment link. Payment is due before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are subject to change for future orders.

  5. Revisions Each video includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision is defined as changes to the script, pacing, or visual elements of an already-produced video. Additional revisions beyond the two included are charged at $15 per revision. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  6. Refund Policy We offer a fair, pro-rated refund policy. If you have paid for a batch of videos and choose to discontinue the service before all videos are delivered, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered videos, calculated on a per-video basis. No refunds will be issued for videos that have been delivered and approved by the client. To request a refund, contact us at hello@intellactai.com within 14 days of your last delivery.

  7. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final delivered video and all rights to use it commercially. IntellactAI retains the right to use anonymised or credited versions of delivered work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

  8. Client Materials You grant IntellactAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to use any scripts, brand assets, raw clips, and video files you provide solely for the purpose of producing your videos. We will store these materials for as long as you remain an active client. Upon termination of the engagement, materials will be deleted within 30 days upon written request.

  9. Confidentiality IntellactAI will treat all client-provided materials, scripts, product information, and business details as confidential and will not share them with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

  10. Delivery Timelines Our standard delivery timeline is 48–72 hours per video from the point at which all required materials (script, clips, brand assets) have been received. Timelines may vary during periods of high demand, in which case we will communicate delays in advance.

  11. Limitation of Liability IntellactAI’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific video or batch of videos in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered videos, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.

  12. Warranties We warrant that all videos will be produced with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as conversion rates, ad performance, or engagement metrics from the use of our videos.

  13. Prohibited Use You agree not to use IntellactAI’s services to produce content that is defamatory, misleading, illegal, or in violation of any third party’s rights. IntellactAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this clause, with a full refund issued.

  14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

  15. Changes to These Terms IntellactAI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
